Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 pieces Naan Bread
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (diced)

Instruction

  • In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, and olive oil. 
  • Brush the olive oil and garlic over the  Naan bread.
  • Place the bread in the air fryer oven or basket and air fry at 400 degrees for 3 minutes, You just want to toast the bread slightly.
  • Then add slices of fresh mozzarella to the bread,
  • Then add slices of fresh tomatoes and shredded basil on top of the cheese.
  • Set back in the air fryer oven or basket and broil for 3 minutes, just until the cheese starts to melt. (Other air fryer users 400 degrees F, for about 3 minutes)
  • Plate, serve and enjoy
