Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 pieces Naan Bread
- 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (diced)
Instruction
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, and olive oil.
- Brush the olive oil and garlic over the Naan bread.
- Place the bread in the air fryer oven or basket and air fry at 400 degrees for 3 minutes, You just want to toast the bread slightly.
- Then add slices of fresh mozzarella to the bread,
- Then add slices of fresh tomatoes and shredded basil on top of the cheese.
- Set back in the air fryer oven or basket and broil for 3 minutes, just until the cheese starts to melt. (Other air fryer users 400 degrees F, for about 3 minutes)
- Plate, serve and enjoy
