The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5 large jalapeños, (cut in half and seeds removed)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese ((I used 1/3 less fat))
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic ((or 1/2 tsp garlic powder))
  • 1/4 cup finely grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 TBS cooked crumbled bacon
  • 2 TBS green onions
