Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Progresso™ Panko Italian style crispy bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick (4 to 5 oz each)
Instruction
- Cut 8-inch round of cooking parchment paper. Place in bottom of air fryer basket.
- In shallow dish, place flour. In another shallow dish, beat egg with salt. In third shallow dish, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Coat pork with flour; dip into egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place pork chops on parchment in air fryer basket. Set to 325°F; cook 10 minutes. Turn pork chops; cook 8 to 12 minutes longer or until no longer pink in center (at least 145°F). Serve immediately.
