Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 to 3 Tbsps Sriracha (more or less depending on spice preference)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1/2 cup flour
- kosher salt, pepper
- 1 egg
- olive oil cooking spray (I used Pam)
- Optional: ranch dressing for dipping
Instruction
- In a bowl whisk together the honey, mayo, Sriracha, and soy sauce. Set aside.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- Put the flour in a small bowl and season with kosher salt and pepper. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each shrimp in the egg and then coat with the flour. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray the olive oil cooking spray over top of the shrimp.
- Set the air fryer to 390 degrees for 12 minutes, shake the basket halfway through cooking.
- Remove the shrimp from the basket and toss it in a bowl with the honey sriracha sauce. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
