Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken thighs (bone-in- skin-on )
Instruction
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or another cooking oil. *See post for why I don't recommend using cooking spray.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, and olive oil.
- Brush or rub the mixture all over the chicken, including between the skin and the thigh meat.
- Place the chicken - skin side down in the greased basket, skin side up, and cook for 12 minutes.
- Flip the chicken so it is skin side up. Cook an additional 7-12 minutes - or until the internal temperature reaches 165F on an instant-read thermometer.
- Enjoy immediately and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
