Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 medium carrot (grated)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce (found in Asian section of grocery store)
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup mayo or light mayo
- 1 to 2 Tbsps Sriracha (more or less according to spice preference)
- 4 burger buns
- 1 bunch cilantro (trimmed)
Instruction
- In a bowl add the ground chicken, grated carrot, chopped green onion, hoisin sauce, and garlic. Lightly mix and combine with your hands until evenly mixed, form 4 burger patties and place each in the air fryer basket.Note: It's normal for the patties to be delicate, so putting right in air fryer is highly suggested so you don't have to move them again.
- Set the air fryer to 370 degrees for 18 minutes.
- While the burgers cook, whisk together the mayo and Sriracha and set aside.
- Serve the burgers on the burger buns, top each with the Sriracha mayo and fresh cilantro.
