Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- Air Fryer
- Kebab Skewers
- 500 g Chicken Breast
- 2 Tsp Garlic Puree
- 1 Large Lemon (juice and rind)
- 2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp Thyme
- 2 Tsp Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Instruction
- Dice the chicken into medium size kebab chunks.
- Load into a mixing bowl all ingredients and mix well with your hands.
- Cover with cling film and marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Load onto kebab skewers and place into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 190c/375f and serve.
