Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 ounces Green Beans (ends trimmed )
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sesame oil (or olive oil )
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce (use Tamari for gluten-free )
  • 3/4 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic (freshly minced, or use 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder )
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger (freshly grated, optional )
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instruction

  • Wash and trim the rough ends off the green beans. Pat them dry.
  • In a large bowl, add all the seasoning ingredients and mix well. Add the green beans. Toss them well, so they are all coated with the seasoning.
  • Transfer the seasoned green beans to the air fryer basket. Shake basket to spread the green beans. Set the air fryer to 380°F. Air fry for 6-8 minutes for the perfect texture. Shake the basket half way through. (Preheating is not required. The cooking time includes preheating time).
  • Serve and enjoy green beans. Optionally, sprinkle some sesame seeds.
