Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 slices ciabatta loaf or French bread (*my slices were approx. 1.5 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter or margarine (softened)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (fresh is best but dry works too)
  • salt + pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Halve your ciabatta loaf and then cut four slices. (I used about half of a ciabatta stick per batch.) So if you want to use the entire loaf, you'll have about 8 slices.)
  • In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic and parsley with a little salt and pepper and mix well. Divide the mixture between your four slices of bread and evenly spread.
  • Add 1/4 cup of water to your air fryer, below the basket, to prevent smoking. Then arrange your garlic bread on the basket, it's fine if the slices overlap a little. Set the fryer to 360 degrees F and cook for 5-8 minutes, until desired crispiness is reached. Start checking on it around the 4 minute mark.
