Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instruction

  • Clean the potatoes with cold water and a soft brush. Cut into ¼ inch slices.
  • Add to a large bowl of cold water and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Drain the potato slices and dry on a paper towel for another 30 minutes. Be sure the sticks are completely dry before tossing with olive oil and air frying.
  • In a bowl, drizzle the oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper over the fries. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375. Add the fries in batches if needed. Try not to overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
  • Air Fry at 375F for 13 minutes, increase heat to 400F for 3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with parsley, parmesan, and dip in ketchup or your favorite fry sauce.
