Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Yukon gold potatoes
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Clean the potatoes with cold water and a soft brush. Cut into ¼ inch slices.
- Add to a large bowl of cold water and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Drain the potato slices and dry on a paper towel for another 30 minutes. Be sure the sticks are completely dry before tossing with olive oil and air frying.
- In a bowl, drizzle the oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper over the fries. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375. Add the fries in batches if needed. Try not to overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
- Air Fry at 375F for 13 minutes, increase heat to 400F for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley, parmesan, and dip in ketchup or your favorite fry sauce.
