Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1/2 cup diced parsley
- 1/2 cup diced cilantro
- 1/2 onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Instruction
- Let the flank steak get to room temperature, which will be about 15 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for about 5 minutes.
- Rub the olive oil or butter all over the steak, and season with salt and pepper.
- Set the steaks in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove the steak, and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
- Check the internal temperature of the steak, which should be 135 degrees F.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
