Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1/2 cup diced parsley
  • 1/2 cup diced cilantro
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instruction

  • Let the flank steak get to room temperature, which will be about 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for about 5 minutes.
  • Rub the olive oil or butter all over the steak, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Set the steaks in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Remove the steak, and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Check the internal temperature of the steak, which should be 135 degrees F.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
