Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 7 eggs
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 slices bacon (pre-cooked and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- ¼ teaspoon mustard powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Preheat air fryer to 340°F.
- Whisk eggs, cream, mustard powder, salt & pepper in a medium bowl until fluffy and pale yellow in color.
- Divide bacon, cheese and green onions over the cups of the molds (or small bowls).
- Place in the air fryer basket and pour egg mixture overtop.
- Cook in the air fryer for 11-13 minutes stirring after 7-8 minutes. Cook just until eggs are set (they will continue cooking a little bit once removed. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
