Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 4 ounces lump crab meat
- 1 green onion (sliced thinly)
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ lime (juiced (about 1 teaspoon))
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sweet chili sauce (to serve)
Instruction
- Combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Brush one side of a wonton wrapper with olive oil. Flip the wonton wrapper over so the olive oil side is facing down.
- Add a tablespoon of crab filling in the center of the wonton wrapper.
- Brush the edges of the wonton with water.
- Pull two opposite corners of the wonton together, pressing them gently to steal. Then, pull the remaining two corners up to form a square. Steal the four lines together so the filling doesn’t burst when cooked.
- Place the crab rangoons in the air fryer (make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket). Cook at 375F for 8-10 minutes, or until the wontons are crisp and golden brown.
- Serve warm, with sweet chili sauce.
