Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons green onion (chopped)
- 1 ½ teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- ½ cup Panko bread crumbs (plus more for coating)
Instruction
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, egg, parsley, green onion, lemon juice, Old Bay, lemon zest, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and salt.
- Fold in the crab meat and bread crumbs.
- Pour additional bread crumbs into a small bowl. Set aside.
- Shape the crab mixture into 4 patties/cakes. Press each patty into the bread crumbs, coating both sides.
- Place coated crab cakes onto a plate, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once the crab cakes are chilled, preheat the air fryer to 370°F for 5 minutes.
- Spray the inner basket with nonstick spray. Place the crab cakes in a single layer in the basket. Spray the tops of each crab cake with nonstick spray.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping once during cook time. Serve and enjoy!
