Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups greek yogurt
  • 1 large large egg
  • splash of water
  • olive oil spray

Instruction

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
  • Add the greek yogurt and mix until it forms a loose dough with a spoon. Using your hands, form the dough into a smoother dough.The dough will be sticky.
  • Form the dough into a ball and place it on a clean work surface that is lightly dusted with flour. Cut the ball into 6ths and then roll them between your hands to form 6 equal-sized balls.
  • Roll the dough balls on the work surface into a long rope shape, about 8 inches in length.
  • Bring the ends together and pinch to form a circle. Repeat with the other dough balls.
  • In a small bowl whisk together the egg and water.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the bagels into the basket, not touching, you may need to do this in batches.
  • Brush the bagels lightly with the egg wash.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown on the outside. Let cool slightly and serve.
