Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp butter (room temperature)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add the butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract and mix well until creamy.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Lightly spray a shallow 6 to 7” pie pan with oil.
  • Press the cookie dough into the prepared pan and bake at 340 degrees for 11 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to 310 degrees and bake another 5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
