Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 tbsp butter (room temperature)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instruction
- Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Add the butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract and mix well until creamy.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Lightly spray a shallow 6 to 7” pie pan with oil.
- Press the cookie dough into the prepared pan and bake at 340 degrees for 11 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to 310 degrees and bake another 5 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
