Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 (15 ounce/400g) can chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium-sized bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chickpeas in the Air Fryer basket, and cook for 10 minutes shaking halfway through.
- The chickpeas are done when they’re crunchy and no longer moist.
- Allow to cool, and eat at room temperature.
