Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 pounds chicken wings (split at the joint and tips removed)
  • Kosher salt
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
  • Carrot and celery sticks (for serving)

Instruction

  • Spray the basket of an air fryer with cooking spray. Preheat at 360°F for 5 minutes.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry and season generously with salt.
  • Place the wings in the fryer basket so they are not touching.
  • Air fry for 12 minutes, then carefully flip the wings and fry for another 12 minutes.
  • Flip the wings again, increase the heat to 400°F and fry for 5 minutes, or until the outsides are crispy.
  • While the wings cook, place the butter in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl and melt, in two 30-second intervals if necessary. Whisk in the hot sauce.
  • Toss the cooked wings in the Buffalo mixture to coat. Serve with dressing and veggies.
