Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 pounds chicken wings (split at the joint and tips removed)
- Kosher salt
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
- Carrot and celery sticks (for serving)
Instruction
- Spray the basket of an air fryer with cooking spray. Preheat at 360°F for 5 minutes.
- Pat the chicken wings dry and season generously with salt.
- Place the wings in the fryer basket so they are not touching.
- Air fry for 12 minutes, then carefully flip the wings and fry for another 12 minutes.
- Flip the wings again, increase the heat to 400°F and fry for 5 minutes, or until the outsides are crispy.
- While the wings cook, place the butter in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl and melt, in two 30-second intervals if necessary. Whisk in the hot sauce.
- Toss the cooked wings in the Buffalo mixture to coat. Serve with dressing and veggies.
