Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 8 boneless chicken thighs with skin (or skinless chicken thighs if you prefer.)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Salt and black pepper
Instruction
- Using a paper towel, pat the chicken thighs to dry. Then, add them to a large glass bowl.
- In a small bowl, add dried oregano, paprika, garlic powder, coriander, cumin, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- Sprinkle the seasonings on top of the chicken thighs and using your hands toss until fully coated.
- Place the chicken thighs skin side down in the basket of the Air Fryer. Cook at 400F degrees for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip them and continue to cook for 10 minutes or until no longer pink and the internal temperature is 165F degrees. Enjoy!
