The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Air Fryer
- 375 g Baby Carrots
- 1 Kg Baby Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
Instruction
- Load your baby carrots into a bowl.
- Chop your baby potatoes into quarters or halves and load them into the bowl too.
- Load in seasonings, extra virgin olive oil and honey.
- Mix with your hands until your potatoes and carrots are well mixed.
- Load into the air fryer basket and cook for 16 minutes at 160c/320f.
- Shake your air fryer basket and cook for a further 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
