Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 slices Tomatoes (I used plum tomatoes)
  • 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6 slices Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 4 slices Sandwich Bread

Instruction

  • Pre-heat air fryer to 350 degrees.
  • To assemble your sandwich, layer 3 slices of tomatoes on one half of the bread. On the slices of bread, layer the sliced fresh mozzarella and basil. Top with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar over the slices with the tomatoes and then combine with mozzarella and basil slices to create a sandwich. Place the bread on the air fryer pan.
  • Air Fry for 5 minutes at 350 degrees or until the mozzarella cheese has melted and the bread has toasted.
