Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pound ground chicken
- kosher salt, pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 5 large flour tortillas
- olive oil cooking spray
- 4 oz ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 4 tostadas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Instruction
- Set a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and once the oil is hot add the ground chicken, kosher salt, and pepper. Cook 4 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add the buffalo sauce and cook 2 more minutes. Let cool.
- Cut one of the flour tortillas into fourths.
- To make each crunchwrap spray the flour tortilla and the fourth of a piece of tortilla with olive oil cooking spray and flip it over (oiled side down). In the center put a fourth of the ground chicken, an ounce of ranch dressing, half cup of lettuce, the tostada, and half cup of the cheese.
- Put the fourth of a piece of flour tortilla on top, oiled side up. Fold the sides of the tortilla in over top of each other, overlapping slightly.Note: Picture examples in post above.
- Put the crunchwrap in the air fryer basket, folded side down. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on how crisp you want it.Note: Depending on the size of your air fryer you may only be able to fit one or two at a time.
