Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instruction
- Cut the Brussels Sprouts in half lengthways.
- Toss them in a bowl with Olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Turn your Air Fryer on to 400˚F
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 - 15 minutes, check them after 10 minutes to see if they are cooked and crispy.
- Serve right away to retain crispiness.
