Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts (trimmed, outer leaves removed and halved)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instruction

  • Toss the brussels sprouts with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper, to taste in a medium bowl until well coated.
  • Place the brussels sprouts in the basket of an air fryer on top of the crisper plate (I use this Ninja Air Fryer). Turn on the air fryer and select 390 degrees and set for 15 minutes. Press the Start button and pause 2-3 times during the cooking time to shake the brussels sprouts for more even cooking.
  • After cooking, toss the crispy brussels sprouts with the parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Enjoy!
