Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb fresh brussel sprouts, halved
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper, or to taste

Instruction

  • Cut the brussel sprouts in half and add into a bowl.
  • Season with oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic into a bowl and toss until well combined.
  • Spread the brussel sprouts to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
