Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup (30 g) unsweetened cocoa powder, (sifted)
  • ¼ cup (31 g) all-purpose flour
  • ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup (½ stick or 57g) butter, (melted, then cooled)
  • 1 large egg, (room temperature)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F and spray a 6-inch round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, sift together sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
  • Pour in cooled melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour batter into the prepared cake pan.
  • Place in the air fryer for 15 minutes (or until edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean, with some dry crumbs).
  • Serve warm with your favorite ice cream or whipped topping.
