Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- ½ cup butter
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instruction
- Grease a shallow baking pan and set aside.
- Combine the butter and cocoa powder in a medium microwave-safe bowl and microwave until butter is melted. Stir to combine.
- Allow the melted butter mixture to cool for several minutes and then whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the brown sugar, flour, nuts (if using), and salt.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake at 320 degrees for 33 to 37 minutes, or until just slightly moist in the middle.
- Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan. Brownies will be slightly gooey in the center before they cool but will set as they come to room temperature.
