Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts (about 500g)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (American-style BBQ sauce (such as the Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce))
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (or to taste)
Instruction
- Rinse the Brussels sprouts with cold water and let dry in a colander. Trim off the ends and cut them in half.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, and black pepper. Then, wrap them in aluminum foil and air fry at 380F (190C) for about about 16 minutes.
- Mix in the BBQ sauce and air fry again at 360F (180C) for 5-6 minutes, stirring once in the middle until the surface is slightly caramelized.
- Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese to serve.
