Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons butter (or shortening)
- 3/4 cup milk
Instruction
- Start by mixing together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix in the butter, and blend until crumbly, then add the milk.
- Roll out the dough onto a floured surface.
- I used parchment paper and lined the bottom of the air fryer basket with them.
- Spray non-stick cooking spray on the parchment paper.
- Knead the dough, until smooth. Then you can either cut out the biscuits with a biscuit cutter or use freehand to shape them.
- Set the time for 10 to 13 minutes at 320 degrees F, air fryer setting.
- Let cool, slightly, then plate and serve.
