Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Russet Potatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt (kosher)
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon roast pepper or paprika
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 Tablespoons Butter (unsalted)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons rosemary fresh (leaves, minced)
- 1/4 cup parsley (minced)
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (to taste)
Instruction
- Wash and dry the potatoes and gather the seasoning.
- Use a fork and prick each potato --about 5 pricks per potato.
- season the potatoes with the spice and olive oil.
- Toss well and make sure it's coated.
- Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees F for 22 minutes.
- Flip the potatoes and continue air frying for another 20 minutes until done.
- Slice each potato in half by length.
- Place a tablespoon of butter in the center of each cut potato and season with seasonings and herbs. Sprinkle cheese if you like.
- Serve right away and enjoy!
