Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 Russet Potatoes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt (kosher)
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon roast pepper or paprika
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter (unsalted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary fresh (leaves, minced)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (minced)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (to taste)

Instruction

  • Wash and dry the potatoes and gather the seasoning.
  • Use a fork and prick each potato --about 5 pricks per potato.
  • season the potatoes with the spice and olive oil.
  • Toss well and make sure it's coated.
  • Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry at 400 degrees F for 22 minutes.
  • Flip the potatoes and continue air frying for another 20 minutes until done.
  • Slice each potato in half by length.
  • Place a tablespoon of butter in the center of each cut potato and season with seasonings and herbs. Sprinkle cheese if you like.
  • Serve right away and enjoy!
