Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 turkey breast tenderloins (I got Honeysuckle White, 2 breasts come in a package in a seasoned brine)
- 1 Tbsp seasoning of choice (Cajun, season salt, Old Bay, BBQ...whatever you prefer)
- 10 slices bacon
Instruction
- Remove the turkey from the package and pat the turkey breasts slightly (mine came in a bag in a seasoned brine).
- Sprinkle all sides of the turkey with your seasoning of choice.
- Wrap each of the two turkey breasts with five slices of bacon, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle the bacon with your seasoning of choice. Place them in the air fryer basket and set the air fryer to 380 degrees for 32 to 38 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the turkey with an instant read thermometer to make sure it's above 165 degrees.
