Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 4 large peaches (Or 1 cup of canned peaches, drained)
  • 12 ounces bacon, cut in half
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (for serving)
  • cooking spray

Instruction

  • If you use canned peaches, drain the peaches; otherwise, peel and cut your fresh peaches into quarters.
  • Place a basil leaf on top of the peach, and then wrap the bacon tightly around the peach and basil leaf.
  • As you wrap them, place them into the air fryer basket. If you have to use a toothpick to secure the bacon to the peach, add them. (Make sure they have been soaked for about 10 minutes to prevent burning)
  • Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, and then place your bacon-wrapped peaches into the basket. Use a pastry brush and brush with olive oil. Set the temperature to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Remove when the bacon is crispy.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy! Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
