Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 4 large peaches (Or 1 cup of canned peaches, drained)
- 12 ounces bacon, cut in half
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (for serving)
- cooking spray
Instruction
- If you use canned peaches, drain the peaches; otherwise, peel and cut your fresh peaches into quarters.
- Place a basil leaf on top of the peach, and then wrap the bacon tightly around the peach and basil leaf.
- As you wrap them, place them into the air fryer basket. If you have to use a toothpick to secure the bacon to the peach, add them. (Make sure they have been soaked for about 10 minutes to prevent burning)
- Spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray, and then place your bacon-wrapped peaches into the basket. Use a pastry brush and brush with olive oil. Set the temperature to 370 degrees F, air fryer setting for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove when the bacon is crispy.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy! Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
