The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp ground red pepper
- kosher salt, pepper
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 to 10 slices bacon (regular thickness, not thick cut)

- Cut the chicken breasts into inch size pieces.
- Cut the bacon into thirds, approx 4 inch pieces.Note: If you are using center cut bacon the slices will be shorter, you may need to cut center cut bacon into halves.
- Wrap a slice of bacon around a piece of chicken (the bacon will overlap slightly), place in the brown sugar mixture and coat all sides, pressing the mixture into the bacon and chicken.
- Place into the air fryer, seam side down. Repeat with remaining chicken and bacon bites.Note: Depending on the size of your air fryer this may need to be done in two batches.
- Set the air fryer to 390 for 14 to 18 minutes, depending on how crispy you want the bacon.
