Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ½ pounds (680g) baby potatoes (washed and cut in half)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • salt (to taste)

Instruction

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C.
  • Cut the baby potatoes in half lengthwise and place them into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the oil, Italian seasoning, and salt and mix until the potatoes are well coated.
  • Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 - 20 minutes, shaking the basket about every 5 minutes.
  • Cook until golden in color and the potatoes pierce easily with a fork.
