- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Asiago cheese (grated + extra for sprinkling on top)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
Instruction

- Add asiago cheese and blend well.
- Stir in yogurt. The dough will be very sticky and moist.
- Place on a floured work surface and form dough into a ball adding flour as necessary to enable easier handling.
- Cut into 4 equal parts then roll each into a log shape, about 6-8" long, and loop around to form a circle.
- Brush the top of each bagel with whisked egg beaten with a splash of water to make an egg wash. Sprinkle with a little more Asiago cheese or any other topping you prefer such as poppy seeds, sesame seeds or Everything Bagel seasoning.
- Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket and place bagels inside. Make sure there is plenty of room around them to air fry properly.
- Air fry at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. They should be a nice golden brown on top.
- Serve immediately or allow to cool and wrap with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
