The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- Air Fryer
- Air Fryer Oven
- Mandoline
- 6 Medium Apples
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
Instruction
- Using a mandoline (or something similar) thinly slice six medium sized apples.
- Using your preferred healthy oil (we used extra virgin avocado) toss your sliced apples in oil. Once you have added the oil, sprinkle your apples in cinnamon.
- Load into the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 200c/400f.
- If using the air fryer oven, swap your cook time to 4 hours and a temperature of 30c/85f.
