Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 10-15 Semolina Idli (or Rice Idli, small size)
  • 2-3 cloves Ginger Garlic
  • ½ cup Hung Curd
  • 5-6 piece Cashew nuts
  • ½ cup Fresh Coriander
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder

Instruction

  • In a grinder jar, add ginger, garlic, cashew nuts, fresh coriander. Grind to form a smooth paste.
  • Add this paste to hung curd, 1 tsp oil and mix well to form a nice marinade. Add prepared idlis and coat all idlis well with the marinade. Keep this in bowl in refrigerator for 10-15 min.
  • Once idlis are marinated well, put the idlis on skewers for grilling.
  • Put the idli skewers in preheated air fryer for grilling at 180 degrees for 10 min.
  • Once grilled, serve Idli tikka with cut capsicum and tomato.
