  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (to taste (optional))
  • 1 pinch dried dill ((optional))
  • 1 egg (slightly beaten)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle pepper (from a can of chipotles in adobo, minced (or more if desired))
  • ½ teaspoon adobo sauce (from a can of chipotles in adobo)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
