Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ripe banana (cut into 1/2 inch slices)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Granola to taste
- 1 tbsp Chopped toasted nuts to taste
Instruction
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and brown sugar and set aside.
- Lightly grease a shallow baking pan. Place the banana slices into the pan. Spray some oil onto the banana and sprinkle some cinnamon sugar. Air fry at 400F (200C) for about 4-5 minutes.
- Sprinkle some granola and nuts over the banana to serve.
