Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 large red onion (sliced very thinly (see Note 1))
  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 lb fresh ahi tuna steak filets (cut into half inch cubes)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (white and/or black)
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked quinoa ((See Note 2))
  • 1 1/2 cups bell pepper (any color(s), diced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado (pitted and diced)
  • 1 mango (pitted and diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (~3 limes)
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (white and/or black, for garnish)
  • 1 head butter lettuce (to line serving bowl)

Instruction
