Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 cup pork adobo (sliced)
- 4 cups white rice (cooked)
- 1 head garlic (crushed and chopped)
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Instruction
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic. Cook until it starts to brown.
- Add pork adobo. Stir. Cook for 1 minute.
- Put-in the rice. Cook in medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes while gently tossing every minute to prevent the rice from sticking to the pan.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Add green onions. Toss.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve. Share and enjoy!
