Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups Gobhi/Cauliflower (cut into small florets)
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Onion (Sliced)
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 4 tbsp Tomato puree
- 4 tbsp Curd
- 2 tbsp Achari masala
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dry mango powder
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander (chopped)
Instruction
- Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add the gobhi florets and fry till slightly browned.
- Remove from the pan.
- Heat the pan again.
- Add the remaining oil in the pan.
- Add onion and fry till slightly browned.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
- Add tomato puree and curd.
- Fry for a minute.
- Add achari masala, red chilli powder, salt and half cup of water.
- Fry for a minute.
- Add fried gobhi.
- Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and dry mango powder.
- Mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve hot with phulka and dal rice.
