Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 cups Gobhi/Cauliflower (cut into small florets)
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Onion (Sliced)
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 4 tbsp Curd
  • 2 tbsp Achari masala
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dry mango powder
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander (chopped)

Instruction

  • Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  • Add the gobhi florets and fry till slightly browned.
  • Remove from the pan.
  • Heat the pan again.
  • Add the remaining oil in the pan.
  • Add onion and fry till slightly browned.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
  • Add tomato puree and curd.
  • Fry for a minute.
  • Add achari masala, red chilli powder, salt and half cup of water.
  • Fry for a minute.
  • Add fried gobhi.
  • Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice and dry mango powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander.
  • Serve hot with phulka and dal rice.
