Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 500 gm of Okra/Ladyfinger/Bhindi
- For Stuffing :
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tbp Red Chilli powder
- Salt
- 2 tbsp mustard oil for stuffing
- 2 tbsp of Goda Masala
- For Gravy : Curd
- MDH Dahi Masala
- Any pickle left over masala (I used mango pickle)
- 2 tbsp mustard oil for frying
- 1 tsp cumin seeds

Instruction
- Cut top and bottom of Okra and slit the okra.
- Mix all the "For Stuffing" ingredients listed above and fill the okra. to get best results marinate it overnight.
- Take curd and whisk it add dahi masala or raita masala and left over masala from any pickle, I used home made mango pickle masala.
- In a wok or kadai, put mustard oil and let the cumin seeds splutter , add curd along with okra. close the lid let it simmer for 15 -20 minutes, keep stirring it in between.
