Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 mangoes (ripe)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • few drops of ghee or oil

Instruction

  • Take peeled and roughly chopped mango along with a sugar in a mixer jar. Blend to a smooth puree.
  • Grease a big plate or tray with few drops of oil or ghee.
  • Pour the mango puree and spread as thin single layer. Make a uniform layer as much as possible.
  • Sun dry for 2-3 days.
  • Once dried make vertical lines with sharp knife.
  • Make small rolls. You can also roll in a small butter paper or chocolate wrapper. Store aam papad airtight and serve as snack. Once dried make vertical lines with sharp knife.
