Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 mangoes (ripe)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- few drops of ghee or oil
Instruction
- Take peeled and roughly chopped mango along with a sugar in a mixer jar. Blend to a smooth puree.
- Grease a big plate or tray with few drops of oil or ghee.
- Pour the mango puree and spread as thin single layer. Make a uniform layer as much as possible.
- Sun dry for 2-3 days.
- Once dried make vertical lines with sharp knife.
- Make small rolls. You can also roll in a small butter paper or chocolate wrapper. Store aam papad airtight and serve as snack. Once dried make vertical lines with sharp knife.
