Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts (cut in half)
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Instruction
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Fry the bacon until it’s crispy, remove from skillet and allow to drain. Finely chop the bacon and set it aside.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a bowl and pour the grease from the bacon over the top. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to coat the Brussels sprouts in the bacon grease.
- Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in an even layer over a sheet pan (baking sheet). Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through the cook time.
- When the Brussels sprouts are tender, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the chopped bacon over the top.
- Adjust seasonings (salt and black pepper) and serve immediately
