Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts (cut in half)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Fry the bacon until it’s crispy, remove from skillet and allow to drain. Finely chop the bacon and set it aside.
  • Place the Brussels sprouts in a bowl and pour the grease from the bacon over the top. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to coat the Brussels sprouts in the bacon grease.
  • Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in an even layer over a sheet pan (baking sheet). Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through the cook time.
  • When the Brussels sprouts are tender, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the chopped bacon over the top.
  • Adjust seasonings (salt and black pepper) and serve immediately
