Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon nut/seed butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (fresh will work but you won't get the same color)
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Sweetener of choice (optional*)

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients into a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cook until thickened, 60 - 90 seconds.
  • Serve immediately.
