Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon nut/seed butter
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (fresh will work but you won't get the same color)
- 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Sweetener of choice (optional*)
Instruction
- Add all ingredients into a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cook until thickened, 60 - 90 seconds.
- Serve immediately.
