Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs ((I prefer Keebler) )
- 10 Tablespoons salted butter (, melted)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (, plus more if desired)
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sweetened, shredded coconut
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Lightly grease with nonstick cokking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter with a fork. Press crumb mixture into baking dish.
- Spread even layers of chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans over the crumb mixture. Pour the condensed milk evenly over the top. Sprinkle with coconut.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned. Let cool completely befote cutting into bars or diamonds.
