Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 28 oz can chicken (drained)
  • 15 oz can black beans (undrained)
  • 20 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles ((2 - 10 oz cans) undrained)
  • 15 oz Can Mexicorn (undrained)
  • 16 oz Salsa
  • 14.5 oz can chicken broth
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • crushed tortilla chips, shredded Mexican-style cheese, sour cream (garnished, if desired)

Instruction

  • Place chicken in a 6 quart slow cooker and break into bite size pieces with two forks.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  • If desired, serve with crushed tortilla chips, shredded Mexican-style cheese and/or sour cream.
