Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 28 oz can chicken (drained)
- 15 oz can black beans (undrained)
- 20 oz diced tomatoes with green chiles ((2 - 10 oz cans) undrained)
- 15 oz Can Mexicorn (undrained)
- 16 oz Salsa
- 14.5 oz can chicken broth
- 1 oz taco seasoning
- crushed tortilla chips, shredded Mexican-style cheese, sour cream (garnished, if desired)
Instruction
- Place chicken in a 6 quart slow cooker and break into bite size pieces with two forks.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- If desired, serve with crushed tortilla chips, shredded Mexican-style cheese and/or sour cream.
