Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3/4 cup almonds
  • 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instruction

  • Add almonds, oil, chili powder and cayenne pepper to a saute pan.
  • Cook for 5 minutes until toasted.
  • Take off of the heat and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and fresh cilantro.
  • Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
