Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup mayonnaise (use vegan mayo for vegan option)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayo, garlic, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Use right away or keep stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. Enjoy!
