Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (use vegan mayo for vegan option)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instruction

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayo, garlic, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Use right away or keep stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. Enjoy!
